Our Scope of Services - What We Do
When we partner with a corporation to sell an REO foreclosure property we prepare BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) to assist in pricing decisions, meet with appraisers, insure the property's security, coordinate with the legal eviction team, re-key, trash out, clean up, turn on utilities, supervise renovations and landscape maintenance with the goal of obtaining the most money in the shortest amount of time. We work with a team of renovation specialists including contractors, plumbers, electricians, handymen, landscapers and maintenance people. Trash and debris clean-up, cosmetic fix-ups and construction are handled through a bid process. Recurrent process's such as on-going yard care, annual winterization are established through our axillary network.
Once the property is "show ready", our maximum exposure marketing program is triggered. Homes are advertised via MLS to MLS Realtors® as well as the public, Internet, television and print media. Once an property is under contract, escrow is tracked open to close.
