Since construction of Province in Maricopa, AZ began in 2004, those over 55 have flocked to this quiet desert town. Maricopa is about 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 20 minutes to Chandler Fashion Mall, 30 minutes to Casa Grande. Retirees have many options for medical facilities, lots of shopping, dining and entertainment within a hour drive from any direction.

Province offers a 32,000 square foot clubhouse and resort style outdoor pool that is surrounded on 3 sides by a scenic 50 acre lake.  All of this in the middle of the desert!
